Hetairoi Career Statistics Explanation

Overview

The Hetairoi career statistics are based on two sets of information. For seasons after 2008 the statistics are aggregated from the details entered for each fixture, usually by the match manager, from the scorecard. For seasons 2008 and earlier, career to date statistics produced by Brian Slade have been used. These are summaries only so no match level details are available. Details have been taken from career summaries from 1996, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008. Only details from the last summary year available for each player contribute to the career statistics.

Known Issues

The summary statistics prior to 2009 do not include Catches, Stumpings, Overs Bowled, Maidens, or 3 Wicket Matches.

There are missing matches and missing batting and bowling details for quite a few matches after 2008. We are trying fill these gaps from old scorebooks and, where available, from our opponents scorebooks and web sites.
